Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Enzo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

3. User Content

You may upload or create content. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited right to store, process, display, and use your content only as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you own any content you provide or have permission to use it.

We may remove content that violates laws or these Terms.

All rights to the Service including trademarks, logos, software, and designs belong to Enzo or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law Enzo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits data or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service in the past twelve months.

You agree to defend and hold Enzo harmless from claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your region. Disputes will be resolved in the courts where Enzo is established unless local law requires otherwise.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should reasonably remain after termination will continue to apply.
